A co-fermented blend of early season, estate grown Shinseiki Asian Pears, Gravenstein and Chehalis Apples, and Pineapple Quince. Notes of melon and green pear accompany a subtly floral aroma. Notes of melon, green pear, and quince on the palate. Light and delicate with soft acidity, medium body, and a fruity finish.
